Legal Disclaimer: This program should not be used in any illegal way what so ever. This program was written to repair legitimate smart cards for Direct TV (DTV) subscribed customers. And to backup and restore their subscribed image should they be unintentionally and accidentally hit by an Electronic Counter Measure sent by DTV. An Electronic Counter Measure, or ECM, is a signal sent though DTV satellite equipment to "search and destroy" hacked DTV access cards. Occasionally a subscribed customer with an unaltered access card may be hit by an ECM, This program is to protect DTV customers from being force to purchase another access card because of DTV's mistake! |
